Relying on rich mineral resources, Chenzhou High-tech Zone was established in April 2003 and joined the "national team" in February 2015. Because of its comprehensive bonded zone, it has become one of the few zones with bonded zone among the newly upgraded national high-tech zones. Relying on the leading position of Shizhuyuan in the international non-ferrous metal industry, it has actively developed the non-ferrous metal intensive processing industry, and successively introduced the non-ferrous metal processing projects such as Jingui Silver Industry, Jinwang Bismuth Industry, Zhengwei Group, etc. Among them, Jingui company has been listed successfully, which is a leading enterprise in value, tax and foreign exchange; Jinwang Bismuth Industry has become the world's largest producer of high-purity bismuth and bismuth oxide (bismuth oxide production capacity accounts for 75 percent of the national production capacity, accounting for 1 / 3 of the global production capacity).

Transformation and upgrading is a hard road to explore, which requires huge investment of human, material and financial resources, among which technological innovation plays a key role, which is the first driving force for the park to take the road of high-quality development.

From January to March this year, the output value reached 325 million yuan, an increase of 99.8 percent. Through the development of innovative products and technologies, they not only increased the added value of enterprise products, but also extended the industrial chain.

The annual sales revenue of Jinwang Bismuth Industry was 2.175 billion yuan, and the comprehensive utilization project of lead, bismuth, copper, silver and other polymetallic smelting waste resources has been completed and put into operation.

In terms of platform carrier construction, Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone was officially closed for operation on August 21, 2018, and the construction of open platform took another important step. Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone has successfully obtained the second batch of pilot areas of general taxpayer qualification of enterprise value-added tax in special customs supervision areas, gradually improved cross-border e-commerce, "one card" and non-ferrous metal supply chain services, and the construction trend of international operation (foreign trade) comprehensive service platform is getting better.
